Value Based Bargaining - Singapore: April 7th & 8th and April 10th & 11th

Influencing & Negotiating Skills for Executives & Managers.

A two-day program in conjunction with the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI) Institute of Business (IOB)- (Register via PayPal below) based on the Harvard method of "Principled Negotiation".

Business leaders and decision makers often come up against different agendas both within and outside their organization that may delay business performance or jeopardize results.  In this intense, hands-on workshop, participants will learn both the practical skills and the conceptual frameworks that underpin the Harvard method of "Principled Negotiation" - creating value by bargaining over joint interests and needs rather than positions.

Using Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School case studies, videos simulations and exercises, participants will learn to identify relevant stakeholders to a dispute and devise negotiation strategies to deal with their varying concerns.

Participants will gain insights into both a diplomatic style and a commercial style of dispute resolution that will help improve their own  professional performance and the results of their organization. The workshop is an excellent team-building exercise as well.
