This video on the role of mediation in the civil justice system with the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales was made in London for presentation at the Southeast European Regional Conference on Alternative Dispute Resolution which was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on 5-7 November 2002 as Lord Woolf was unable to travel to Slovenia at that time.
As part of Slovenia's European Union Accession Programme, the ADR Group was invited by the Slovenian Ministry of Justice to work with the District Court of Ljubljana in putting together the format, content and sponsorship of the conference.
